No Returns, Exchanges Only:

We do not accept returns on any products. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping and additional charges if the product is ineligible for exchange due to being used or having tags removed.
  • Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Exchange Limit

You can exchange an item up to two times. After the second exchange, the item is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for further exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at freesialuxe@yahoo.com Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs

  • Initial Exchange: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the item to us.
  • Second Exchange: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the second exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
